Recipe
Machine Description
- There is a pot of stainless steel. It is used for washing scoured and bleached cotton fabric with detergent. Below the pot, there is a heat source.
- There is another pot for rinsing the fabric.
- Another pot is used for mordanting.
- One pot is used for extracting the dyes with filtering.
- For after-processing dyeing, rinsing pots are used.
- After dyeing, a dryer may be used.
Working Procedure
- Scoured and bleached cotton fabric is washed with detergent at 60℃ for 10 minutes.
- Rinsed the fabric.
- Squeezed the fabric to remove extra water.
- Mordant at room temperature.
- Extracted dyes (boiled for 45 minutes)
- Mordanted fabric is dyed at 80℃ for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Rinsed the fabric.
- Dried the dyed fabric.

Precautions
- Fabric must be scoured and bleached.
- Rinsing and squeezing should be done.
- Dyeing temperature and time should be maintained.
- The washing temperature should be carefully maintained.
