Pretreatment Processes
- Input cold water into tanks
- Load fabric in the machine through nozzles
- Steam water (98℃ ✕ 15 minutes)
- Inject chemicals for scouring & bleaching (Sequestering, lubricating agents, caustic soda, Hydrogen peroxide & peroxide stabilizer)
- Scouring & bleaching start (98℃ ✕ 40 minutes)
- Cut shade after scouring & bleaching is completed
- Wash the sample with detergent and dry it for 5 minutes in an oven dryer
- Match the shade with the scoured swatch
- Input cold water into the machine
- Inject chemicals (neutral acid and enzyme)
- Bio polishing (55℃ ✕ 40 minutes, pH 4.5)
- Drain the water
Dyeing Processes
- Input cold water into the machine
- Color dosing (60℃ ✕ 35 minutes)
- Added Glauber salt and soda ash
- Run time (60℃ ✕ 60 minutes)
- Cooling (40℃ ✕15 minutes)
- Match the shade with the dyed swatch
- Drain water
After Treatment Processes
- Input cold water
- Inject chemicals (neutral acid & softener)
- Wash fabric (45℃ ✕ 15 minutes)
- Hot wash (80℃ ✕ 10 minutes)
- Cold wash (30℃ ✕ 10 minutes)
- Unload the fabric
